Requirement:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • A candidate with experience in site management, planning, civil, structural, architecture, and QA/QC works would have an added advantage.
  • Having experience in handling a power substation is preferable.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel or base at the site (outstation); Penang, Perak, Kelantan, Johor, N.Sembilan, and/or others.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, be computer literate, and be able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and willing to work long hours when required.
  • Have RAA/GCQP is added advantage
  • Have experience in handling TNB Projects and/or related is added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:-

  • To diligently manage and ensure a profitable and successful completion of the project.
  • To execute & monitor the project site in terms of civil, structure & architecture works, which will also include site planning & coordination, material order & delivery, and stock control.
  • To ensure the project meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the subcontractors and supervisors, and to take the appropriate actions timely manner to remedy any shortcomings.
  • To attend all project site meetings with the clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, etc., and to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
  • To prepare monthly Project Progress Reports for submission to the client, the consultant, or the Management.
  • To manage all subordinates on the respective project site.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3, RM5,573.35 per month
