  1. To perform cleaning and repair to the Club's building and operating equipment.
  2. To perform and complete building and upgrade as directed.
  3. Scheduling with members to gain access for repair works.
  4. To perform routine and schedule maintenance of properties including but not limited to painting, cleaning, repair and maintenance.
  5. To respond to emergency calls when directed by the General Committee or Senior Management.
  6. To prioritize work to complete assignment in a timely manner.
  7. To perform routine inspections of building and equipment to check for maintenance problems and to verify that it is compliance with the requirements and law.
  8. To complete the daily Maintenance Work Order' without fail.
  9. To ensure the ongoing compliance with statutory requirement relating to the work of the department.
