RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Assist in food preparation according to standard recipes and kitchen guidelines.
  • Support the chef in daily mise en place (ingredients preparation).
  • Ensure all food items are properly stored and labelled.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Follow safety and hygiene procedures (as per HACCP or company SOP).
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing supplies.
  • Report any equipment issues or shortage of ingredients to the kitchen supervisor/chef.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS: -

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Kitchen Crew or Commis 3.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good discipline and hygiene practices.
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
  • Eager to learn and improve culinary skills.
