Supervisor

• Oversee daily order fulfilment process (i.e. order entry, invoicing, administration, track incoming shipments, manage fulfilment materials, follow shipping procedures, etc.).
• Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers and communicates effectively.
• Proactively and promptly updates the customer of any delays in deliveries whether a revised delivery date is available or not.
• Allocates inventory to meet customer demand.
• Maintain and update inventory data on a regular basis and to ensure accuracy at all time.
• Manages reporting for all inbound and outbound stock transfers in a timely manner.
• Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximise customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
• Monitor overall teams housekeeping to close pending orders
• Perform other duties as assigned
• To adhere and enforce all Company's policies and procedures.
• Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in order fulfilment and inventory control is required for this position.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
