About the role

Intrinseque Health is seeking an experienced Public Relations professional to join our dynamic team. As our Public Relation Role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance the company's brand and reputation. This full-time position is based in Melaka Tengah, Melaka.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive public relations campaigns to raise the profile of Intrinseque Health and its services
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders
  3. Craft compelling press releases, media advisories, and other PR content to generate positive media coverage
  4. Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
  6. Manage crisis communication and respond effectively to any reputational issues
  7. Organise and coordinate media events, press conferences, and other PR activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the healthcare or professional services industry
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  3. Strong media relations skills and a proven track record of securing positive media coverage
  4. Experience in crisis communication and reputation management
  5. Proficient in project management, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination
  6. Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
