Position : ACCOUNT

Locations : Gelang Patah / Forest City Johor

Salary : RM3,000 – RM4,500

Working Hours : Mon–Sat | 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Account to support our finance team. This role involves daily accounting operations, monthly closing activities, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates who are proactive, organised, and able to work independently will fit well in this position.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist in handling full sets of accounts, including audit schedules, SST schedules and submission.
  • Perform monthly closing and prepare financial reports such as bank reconciliation, P&L and balance sheet.
  • Manage daily accounting operations including General Ledger, Journals, AP & AR.
  • Reconcile daily merchant transactions and credit card statements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices and payments.

Requirements :

  • Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, good problem-solving attitude, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills with a positive working attitude.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise daily tasks efficiently.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
  • Candidates who can start work on short notice will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
