Job Description:

  • Develop and implement digital advertising and content strategies that align with business goals, focusing on Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities.
  • Preparation of documentation with purchasers, solicitors and bankers
  • Execute marketing plans, sales strategies and campaigns to generate sales revenue for the projects
  • Maintain relationships with clients and deliver high standards of pre- and post-sales service
  • Update, track and maintain daily sales activities and clients/prospects information
  • Previous experience in Property Sales & Marketing
  • Positive attitude and good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work in a team.
  • Excellent marketing capabilities

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holders in any field.
  • Preferably 2 year experience in property marketing.
  • A target driven, sales-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong focus on revenue.
  • Good property knowledge and an acute sense of the market trend.
  • Excellent interpersonal, attitude, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work.
  • Team player and able to work independently that process good working
