Telco Pole

Responsibilities

• Responsible for steel structural design of 5G communication poles, high mast poles, communication towers, etc.
• Responsible for steel structure strength calculation and mechanical simulation.
• Responsible for steel structure scheme, construction drawing design and costing quotation.
• Carry out the design of steel structure engineering, draw structural construction drawings, and carry out detailed drawing deepening and calculation of corresponding engineering quantities.
• Solve technical problems that arise during the construction process, and make relevant suggestions for the construction work.

Requirements

• College degree or above, major in civil engineering, structural engineering, etc.
• Required skills strong in the MS Tower/Open Tower (v10.0), Bentley STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP 2000 & Solidworks, Auto CAD.
• At least 3 years of experience in telco pole design, including 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Familiar with the relevant standards of the steel structure industry, proficient in heavy steel structures and steel structure building envelopes.
• Can independently carry out steel calculations, structural force analysis, technical support in the scheme stage, and is familiar with materials.
• Be rigorous in doing things, have good communication skills, judgment and a high sense of responsibility.
• Adaptable and quick learner.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• A strong team player with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently, meet deadlines, and complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Required candidate who is able to communicate in Mandarin as you will be liaising with customers & vendors who are Mandarin speakers.
• Coordinate work with the production and monitor the progress to ensure the completion is within the specified time frame and the work is in compliance with the specifications/standard.
• Maintain document control, data management, track project and team management.
• Any other relevant task assigned from time-to-time.

• Report duty at Sg. Lalang, Semenyih, therefore prefers candidate staying nearby Semenyih/Kajang area or travel distance less than 20km.
