  • To ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated destinations within the stipulated time frame.
  • To load and unload goods safely, verifying that the type and quantity of goods match the delivery documents.
  • To handle customer return matters in accordance with the company's return process flow.
  • To collect and submit Delivery Orders, Invoices, and Return Notes.
  • To follow the assigned delivery route and schedule as instructed by the Superior.
  • To maintain and ensure the lorry is in good working condition, clean, and regularly serviced.
  • To assist in store operations including receiving, checking, labeling, and organizing stock.
  • To keep accurate records of stock movement (in/out) and ensure proper stock arrangement in the warehouse.
  • To conduct periodic stock checks and report any discrepancies to the Superior.
  • To use a computer to update stock data, delivery records, and other related documents (basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ERP system is an advantage).
  • To perform other related duties as and when instructed by the Superior.
