Merchandising Officer

• Dealing with Suppliers in promotion, stock replenishment and agreements
• Issue PO
• Calculate costing and margin
• Reporting
• Plan and execute merchandising activities in line with company standards and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, updated, and aligned with promotional plans.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure the availability of fast-moving and seasonal products.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to check product freshness, labeling, and shelf presentation.
• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to support pricing and promotion strategies.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for management review.
• Work closely with store managers and supervisors to improve product visibility and sales performance.
• Assist in planning and implementing in-store promotions or product launches.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and outlet teams.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. At least 1–2 years of working experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
6. Able to work independently, travel locally, and meet deadlines.
