1. Guest Greeting and Escorting

  • Bellmen often serve as the first point of contact for guests, warmly welcoming them and providing a friendly and professional demeanor. They may escort guests to their rooms, offering information about hotel facilities and amenities along the way.

2. Luggage Assistance

  • Bellmen are responsible for assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure. This includes retrieving luggage from vehicles, transporting it to guest rooms or storage areas, and helping guests with the handling and placement of their belongings.

3. Valet Services

  • Attend to valet service by handling the parking and retrieval of guests' vehicles

4. Information and Assistance

  • Bellmen provide guests with information and directions regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. They may answer inquiries, offer recommendations for dining or entertainment options, and assist with transportation arrangements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
