About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draughter to join our team at Jurutera Sinarunding Aidil Sdn Bhd on a part-time basis in our Seremban, Negeri Sembilan office. In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings and plans to support the delivery of our design and construction projects.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements and translate them into technical drawings
- Ensure that all drawings and documentation comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Draughter, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to produce high-quality technical drawings
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building construction methods, and relevant regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the design team
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
