What You'll Do:

  • Support the Engineering Manager in planning, executing, and improving manufacturing and assembly processes to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including FA buy-off, validation trials, and tool audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams engineering, sales, and production to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
  • Review technical drawings, develop internal process documentation, and support tooling and fixture improvements.
  • Provide technical training to production teams before mass production kick-off.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and problem-solving related to production and quality.

What You'll Bring:

  • Diploma or higher in CNC Precision Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong experience in CNC programming and proficiency in Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion, and/or Edgecam.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001, GD&T, jigs and fixture fabrication, and surface treatment methods.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
