Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and sales-driven individual to be the face of our brand across TikTok Live and Shopee Live platforms. The Live Host will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive live streaming sessions, showcasing products, driving sales, and building a strong community of loyal customers. This role requires a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of live commerce trends and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live Stream Hosting & Product Presentation:
  • Host regular, engaging, and high-energy live streaming sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live, adhering to a pre-planned schedule.
  • Confidently present and demonstrate a diverse range of products, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Conduct live product demonstrations, try-ons, tutorials, and Q&A sessions to showcase product usage and address customer queries in real-time.
  • Maintain a vibrant and enthusiastic on-camera presence that captivates viewers and encourages participation.
  • Audience Engagement & Interaction:
  • Actively interact with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, questions, and shout-outs promptly and enthusiastically.
  • Foster a lively and interactive community, encouraging likes, shares, comments, and purchases.
  • Adapt content and approach based on live viewer engagement and feedback to maximize interaction.
  • Sales Conversion & Target Achievement:
  • Drive traffic and conversions by effectively encouraging viewers to purchase directly from Shopee and TikTok Shops during the live sessions.

  • Exceptional On-Camera Presence: Confident, energetic, charismatic, and not camera-shy.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Malay.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Passionate about e-commerce and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Quick Thinker & Adaptable: Ability to think on your feet, handle real-time interactions, answer spontaneous questions, and adapt to unexpected situations during live sessions.
  • Engaging Storyteller: Ability to captivate audiences and effectively convey product benefits and brand messages.
  • Creative & Trendy: Ability to generate fresh content ideas and stay updated with the latest social media trends.
  • Flexible Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for key campaigns and peak selling periods.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: RM RM50.00 per hour
