  • Conduct thorough market research including surveys, customer support, product development, and strategic marketing.
  • Attend workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing.
  • Plan and assist with new product launches, events, and training programs.
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and deliver training sessions; attend internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Identify new market opportunities and communicate them to management.
  • Provide product recommendations to support sales and revenue growth.
  • Deliver clinical support and services, including in operation theatre settings.
  • Diploma, Degree, or Master's in Physiotherapy, Sport Science, Sport Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience in training, healthcare education, or medical device consultation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to develop training materials and engaging learning content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and enthusiastic about teaching and medical technology.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  • Willing to travel both locally and overseas for training and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
