Job Title: Translator (Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Translator proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to support communication, translation, and interpretation needs across our business operations. The ideal candidate will be based in Sabah and able to assist in real-time interpretation as well as document translation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications from Bahasa Malaysia, English to Mandarin and vice versa

* Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, calls, or events

* Ensure accuracy and cultural relevance in all translations

* Support internal teams in cross-border communication with Indonesian-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

* Assist with any ad hoc language support as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia* and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Based in Sabah*

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Prior experience in translation or interpretation is preferred but not mandatory

* Able to work independently and under minimal supervision

Bonus if you have:

* Experience in telemarketing industry

* Familiarity with local dialects or other languages
