A new operational hub is being established in Malaysia to support expanding intelligence operations across the region.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to join a pioneering team and help shape the future of brand protection intelligence. As an OSINT Analyst, you'll uncover critical insights across the open, deep, and dark web, transforming complex digital data into clear, actionable intelligence for global clients. You'll be part of a growing team of analysts directly contributing to protecting major international brands.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor media, social platforms, and other online sources (SOCMINT) for emerging risks and brand-related threats.
  • Conduct deep and dark web investigations to uncover spoofing, data exposure, and malicious activity.
  • Analyze large information sets to identify patterns, trends, and risks — turning noise into narrative.
  • Develop detailed target packs and perform digital footprint analysis on individuals and entities.
  • Produce high-quality intelligence reports, briefs, and visual summaries for clients.
  • Support ongoing threat monitoring, incident triage, and escalation management.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, or intelligence analysis.
  • Proven background in brand protection or digital investigations.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
  • Experience investigating spoofing, fake domains, and online impersonation.
  • Proficiency with OSINT tools (e.g., Maltego) and custom collection techniques.
  • Deep and dark web investigation experience is required.
  • Based in Malaysia or willing to relocate (relocation support available).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in threat intelligence, investigations, or reputation risk analysis.
  • Familiarity with mobile or IoT penetration testing.
  • Regional language skills (Malay, Filipino, or other SEA languages) are a plus.
