About the role
Join the dynamic team at MANIA CAFE as a Cafe Crew. In this full-time role based in Penampang District, Sabah, you will be part of an enthusiastic hospitality team delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our popular cafe.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers' orders
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the cafe
- Restocking and organising cafe supplies
- Assisting with general cafe duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enthusiasm, positivity and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Basic food preparation and barista skills (desirable but not essential)
