You will play an essential role in:-

  • Responsible for sales and marketing of sanitary wares, tap fittings & other building materials to developers, architects, retailers & contractors.
  • Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct product presentation, introduction, and demonstration.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
  • Negotiates with principals for the best pricing and other terms in the company's best interest.
  • Oversee team to ensure timely follow-up on delivery, shortage, and complaint matters.
  • Monitor and drive the team to achieve the monthly collection targets.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required

What help you excel in this role:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on relevant experiences.
  • Good Management Skills plus ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Independent with great strategic thinking, analytical, planning and presentation skill.
  • Good commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation skill, communication skill, and team management ability.
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word), accounting software, CRM, and general computer skill.
  • Possess good written and communication skills in English.
  • This role requires regular travel, as part of job responsibility. Candidate should be willing and able to travel as needed.
  • Good contact with developer, architect & interior designer.
