We are immediately hiring fresh graduates to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé under
Digital, Technology & Information Department
joining us in
January 2026.

Job Responsibility:-

Service Management

• Assist in managing IT service requests, incidents, and problem resolution.
• Monitor service levels, ensure SLA compliance, and prepare reports for management.
• Support end-user support, training, and awareness initiatives for digital tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT service processes.

Project Implementation

• Support the stages of planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and digital projects.
• Assist in coordinating tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Data Governance

• Collect, clean, and maintain data for various business and IT systems
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies
• Assist in developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting templates
• Support initiatives to monitor data-related risks and opportunities for improvement.

Application / IT Operations Support

• Support daily IT operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Assist in application testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to system documentation, process updates, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to ensure smooth operation of digital platforms and applications.

Minimum Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields with strong interest in Oil and Gas sector.
• Technical skills: Basic IT & IT Project Management Knowledge, Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word PowerPoint).
• Soft skills: Excellent in communication, problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, and time management
• Other skills: Eagerness to learn, Attention to details, Good in documentations
• Familiarity with IT operations, digital tools, or software applications would be an advantage
• Knowledge or training in data governance, project management, or system support is an advantage.
• Basic coding is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Can work at our office located in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

• CGPA 3.0 and above
• 26 years old and below
