Live Commerce Host (Bahasa Melayu–first, English-fluent)

We're building a high-performing live commerce program with a primary focus on TikTok Shop in Malaysia, and YouTube Shopping as our secondary channel. You'll host shoppable livestreams that educate, entertain, and convert.

What You'll Do

Live production and hosting

Host engaging Bahasa Melayu–first live sessions (use English when needed): product demonstrations, frequently asked questions, objection handling, and clear calls to action that drive add-to-cart and checkout.

Use live features effectively: pin products, manage vouchers and giveaways, co-host sessions, and moderate comments to keep the stream positive and productive.

Craft strong hooks, talking points, and closing lines; collaborate on thumbnails, titles, product tags, and product sets.

Plan a simple live calendar with Marketing; prepare a clear run-of-show for each session.

Turn comments into carts, maintain high watch time, and address common objections with empathy.

Build rapport with returning viewers and nurture a community that converts.

Review click-through rate, conversion rate, revenue per thousand views, viewer retention, and average basket size

Work with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Customer Care on promotions and after-sales handoffs.

Follow platform policies and brand guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Bahasa Melayu at native level and strong English fluency (spoken and written).

On-camera confidence and measurable impact in shoppable livestreams on TikTok Shop or a strong portfolio of video or hosting work (YouTube Shopping experience is a plus).

Comfortable with platform tools: comment moderation, pinning products, managing vouchers, co-hosting streams; experience with Open Broadcaster Software or StreamYard is a plus.

Driven by clear performance targets, coachable, and comfortable working with a content calendar.

Schedule: Able to host selected evening or weekend live sessions when campaigns require
