About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at CRN KL ENGINEERING(M) SDN.BHD. in KL. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This is a full-time position offering excellent career development opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities
  • Negotiating contracts and managing client and supplier relationships
  • Monitoring project progress and costs, and providing regular updates to the project team
  • Advising on contractual matters and dispute resolution
  • Advising on contractual matters and dispute resolution
  • Other ad-hoc task as assigned by Head of Department from time to time as when required

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Excellent understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandrin
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
  • Must be willing to travel to other state for site visit regularly during construction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7, RM10,500.00 per month
