We are looking for a senior-level network professional with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and operating modern software-defined WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructures. This role focuses on end-to-end network solutioning aligned with business goals, continuous improvement, and automation. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise network design and deployment, strong hands-on skills with Cisco and Versa SD-WAN technologies (Cisco SD-WAN is a must), and solid knowledge of network protocols, cloud integration, and modern network security solutions. Leadership, collaboration across global teams, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Substantial expertise in designing, solutioning, implementing, and operating modern software-defined WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructures from Cisco, Versa, Aruba, and similar vendors
  • Responsible for identification and selection of appropriate network solutions to design and deploy based on business objectives and requirements
  • Skilled in developing, deploying, and troubleshooting network environments with deep technical knowledge in routing and switching, software-defined networking and WAN, and wireless
  • Align network capabilities with business objectives through continuous development, improvement, and automation

Qualifications

  • Preferably 15+ years of experience in network design and delivery of technology-centric, customer-focused services
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in modern software-defined networks and cloud-based environments
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience collaborating, leading, or managing teams across diverse geographies in global-scale projects
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Preferably holds a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification or equivalent
  • Preferably holds Versa Certified Administrator – SD-WAN Specialist or Versa Certified SD-WAN Associate (VNX100)
  • Must possess Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or equivalent
  • Must possess expert knowledge in Versa Secure SD-WAN and Cisco SD-WAN with medium to large-scale deployment and management experience (Cisco SD-WAN is a MUST)
  • Must possess expert-level knowledge in TCP/IP
  • Working knowledge of WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, SD-LAN, WLAN, and NGFW technologies
  • Deep understanding of network RFCs, protocols, transports, and standards such as MPLS, Internet, VXLAN, IPsec, QoS, BGP, OSPF, GRE, and related technologies
  • Strong understanding of modern software-defined networking offerings such as NFV, SASE, Versa Secure Access, and/or Cisco Umbrella
  • Good cloud networking knowledge including Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and multi-cloud connectivity architectures (e.g., Equinix, Megaport)
  • Fundamental understanding of Wireless, DHCP, DNS, IPAM (DDI), proxy, WAF, CDN, and DDoS concepts and platforms (e.g., Infoblox, Zscaler, Akamai, Imperva)
  • Integration experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is advantageous
  • Knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and virtualization is advantageous
  • Coding skills such as Python are advantageous
  • Experience with monitoring, management, and reporting tools such as Spectrum, SevOne, CyberArk, ThousandEyes, and MS Entra ID
  • Strong technical and engineering leadership with excellent troubleshooting and problem-analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) across diverse audiences
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility; confident under pressure and willing to drive projects to success in challenging environments
