Job Description

Manage quality systems: Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure it is effective and efficient.

Ensure compliance: Verify that products, services, and processes meet all relevant internal policies, client requirements, and external standards, codes, and regulations.

Oversee quality control: Plan and coordinate all quality control activities, including inspections, tests, and audits, to monitor work processes and final output.

Drive continuous improvement: Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve performance.

Manage staff and training: Supervise and guide QA/QC inspectors and other staff, and provide training on quality procedures and standards.

Report and liaise: Prepare reports for management review, track key quality metrics, and communicate quality status to project managers and external parties.

Manage client relations: Monitor customer feedback and work to ensure client satisfaction and that their requirements are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
