Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and newsletters.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, website content, and overall digital presence.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to sales and marketing activities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations to support the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to build strong relationships and close sales.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to support customer retention.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues effectively.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in the food industry; candidates from other industries are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
