Beautician

Main duties:

1. Assist doctor in all aesthetics and cosmetic procedures.

2. Demonstrate excellent customer service.

3. Provide professional skincare counselling to patient.

4. Front desk reception duties, patient registrations, and appointment arrangement

5. Maintain general cleanliness and neatness of the product, store, and treatment rooms.

6. Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room.

7. Assist doctor with examinations and routine procedures.

8. Assist in preparing and dispensing medications (To check with branch director)

9. Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism.

10. Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.
    
    11.Other tasks as required from time to time under the direction of superior.

Requirement:

1. Minimum with certificate in any field or equivalent.

2. At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

3. Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)

4. Aesthetic Experience added advantage

5. Pleasant personality

6. Highly independent and Excellent in communication skills

7. Sales oriented and customer focus

8. Able to work on weekends and public holiday.

9. Work passionately in customer service

10. Computer literate

11. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

12. Result oriented player with good interpersonal.

13. Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.

14. Able to speak and write in languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

15. Required to perform sales-related tasks and provide consultations to patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
