JOB PURPOSE

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as part of the organization's HR transformation initiative.
  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance to deliver within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate and align internal stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators throughout all project phases.
  • Oversee configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training, and go-live activities to achieve successful system adoption.
  • Lead the full-cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment to business goals.
  • Drive collaboration across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and business units to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the implementation of full suite SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Payroll integrations.
  • Coordinate business users and SAP partners, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and timelines.
  • Lead cutover planning, UAT, training, go-live and post-go-live support (hypercare).
  • Ensure strong project governance, documentation, and risk/issue/change management processes.
  • Facilitate Steering Committee and stakeholder updates with clear, data-driven reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Change Management team to support user readiness and adoption.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 full cycles managing SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HCM implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with system implementers and vendor management in large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise-level HR technology projects with cross-functional and multi-country stakeholders.
  • Familiar with HR business processes and leading practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.
  • Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile (PMI-ACP, Scrum) are highly desirable.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Learning, Performance) are a plus.
  • Ideal for candidates who are keen on a 12 to 18 months contract position.
