We are looking for Part-Time Sales Agents to join our Elala Scooter retail team.

This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with customers, promoting innovative mobility products, and working with flexibility. As a Sales Agent, you'll represent Elala — the world's first smart rideable luggage scooter — at our retail outlets and partner locations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and outdoor sales to promote Elala Scooters and accessories.
  • Engage with walk-in customers to demonstrate features and benefits of our smart mobility products.
  • Manage online and offline customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and retail platforms.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through persuasive communication and customer engagement.
  • Maintain product displays, ensure cleanliness, and create a welcoming retail environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for product promotions, campaigns, and live demonstrations.
  • Provide detailed product information, assist with test rides, and follow up with leads.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
  • Prepare simple sales reports and update management on performance.
  • Research new sales opportunities and share marketing ideas to boost store traffic.
  • Represent Elala professionally at pop-ups, exhibitions, and events when required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail, mobility, or consumer electronics preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident in product demonstration and closing sales.
  • Energetic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and sales tools.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (required); Malay is an advantage.

  • Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley (reliable commute or relocation before starting work preferred)
