Remuneration Package: Basic Salary with Attractive Sales Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products through showroom walk-ins, online platforms, and offline channels.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by delivering a warm, professional, and engaging shopping experience.
  • Consistently meet and surpass assigned sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Perform product demonstrations to clearly present product features, functions, and benefits.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, including managing enquiries, leads, and post-sales follow-ups.
  • Oversee daily showroom operations, including merchandise display, inventory monitoring, and general showroom cleanliness.
  • Support marketing initiatives by participating in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and management to ensure smooth operational flow and alignment with brand standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of relevant retail sales experience; experience in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
  • Minimum qualification of SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
  • Practical experience in retail operations, including sales execution, visual merchandising, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive working attitude and the ability to perform independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens or candidates with valid residency status.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail sales are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
