Job Description

  1. For non-muslims only due to nature of business involved non-halal products

  2. Able to carry heavy items

  3. Must have GDL / PSV license (can drive lorry or van - big vehicle)

  4. Preparing and marinating meat.

  5. Responsible to keep the marinated ingredients in good condition and prevent from getting mouldy.

  6. To layer and shape the meat ingredients into square shape.

  7. To put the layering meat into oven.

  8. Ensure the oven heat is in the right temperature.

  9. To store any uncooked BBQ meat into the fridge and prevent the meat from rotting due to exposure.

  10. To clean the store every fortnightly or as and when required.

  11. To check the meat quality after layering.

  12. Ensure the meat is cook in the right condition.

  13. To check and remove physical foreign matter from the meat.

  14. Do quality check on the meat.

  15. To produce floss meat process.

  16. Ensure the meat floss is in shredded and fluffy form condition.

  17. To cook with orders volume.

  18. To do packaging for the BBQ meat and meat floss after cooled down to room temperature.

  19. To maintain safety and cleanliness in production area.

  20. To immediately report any defect that exist in the kitchen to Production Supervisor.

  21. To bring down the stock from fridge to load into the van.

  22. Any ad hoc task to be assigned from time to time from the Management.
