  • Supervise and coordinate the work of foremen and their teams on-site.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely progress.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Inspect work completed by foremen and workers to maintain high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with Supervisor, project managers and engineers to schedule work and allocate resources.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, manpower, and materials usage.
  • Ensure proper site housekeeping and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or General Foreman in construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
