Job Responsibility:

  1. Conduct deep monitoring of global IoT platform performance (including eSIM/vSIM connectivity quality).
  2. Resolve Level 2 technical incidents, leading complex issue replication and diagnostics.
  3. Develop automation scripts (Python/Shell) to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Assist supervisors in creating SOPs and guide NOC technicians in technical operations.
  5. Support NOC supervisors in delivering technical training to team members to elevate technical proficiency.
  6. Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions to contribute to knowledge base development.

Job Requirements:

  1. Over 3 years of experience as an Operations/Network Engineer; background in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
  2. Proficient in Linux/Windows system administration; CCNP/RHCE certification is a plus.
  3. Scripting skills required (preferably Python or Ansible).
  4. Bonus points for familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and container technologies (Kubernetes).
  5. Able to read and write technical documentation in English fluently, and independently communicate with technical teams in China.
  6. Able to respond to emergency incidents at night when necessary.
