PE Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• NPI (New Product Introduction) Management: Participate in the trial production process of new products, assist R&D and NPI engineers in setting up the environment, troubleshooting issues, and engaging in NPI prototype assembly.
• Mass Production Management: Track and close out TOP issues, and report the resolution progress to Product Managers and Product Quality Managers monthly.
• Mass Production Version Validation: Validate software versions and script versions of mass-produced products on the production line.
• SOP Development: Compile production assembly SOPs and maintain process routes.
• Environment and Equipment Management: Monitor and locate abnormal line losses, monitor test equipment anomalies, conduct equipment inspections, and manage auxiliary materials.
• ECR/ECO Implementation Management: Organize the implementation of ECRs (Engineering Change Requests) and ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) to ensure thorough execution.
• Maintenance Data Analysis: Analyze and track maintenance data of mass-produced models to identify TOP failure phenomena and issues.
• Production Skill Assessment: Responsible for skill assessment and training of production-related technical positions.
• Rework Management: Lead production rework, provide rework plans and methods, and supervise the rework process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience, majoring in Electronic Information, Automation, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiar with digital or RF (radio frequency) products, and understand the testing principles in digital/RF-related fields.

Proficient in circuit design principles of digital and RF fields, and able to read PCB layouts and schematic diagrams.

• Familiar with electronic product production processes and possess technical support capabilities.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills; capable of accepting new concepts and quick learning;

meticulous, patient, and detail-oriented.

• Fluent in Chinese, enabling effective communication with Chinese engineers.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
