Position : Document Controller

Industry : Oil & Gas

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Scope of Work(s):

  • Maintain and control all project documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly filed, updated, and distributed according to document control procedures.
  • Track document status and revisions to ensure timely updates and approvals.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure consistent document flow.
  • Prepare and maintain document registers, transmittals, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, and industry document control standards.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and updated documentation.

Minimum Requirement(s):

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in upstream oil and gas projects as a Document Controller.
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems, procedures, and standards.
  • Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
