Job Description: Security Guard

Responsibilities:

  • Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles to ensure site security.
  • Monitor premises, compound areas, and perimeter to prevent unauthorised access.
  • Conduct regular patrols and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
  • Verify visitor identity and ensure proper registration and issuance of visitor passes.
  • Ensure compliance with company security procedures, safety rules, and hygiene requirements.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems (where applicable).
  • Record daily security activities, incidents, and observations in the security logbook.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms and inform management or relevant authorities.
  • Support audit requirements (GVHP/HACCP) by maintaining controlled access to clean and restricted areas.
