Job Title:

OMM MEASURER


Job Summary :

We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Optical Measuring Machine (OMM) Measurer to perform accurate product measurements and quality inspections, ensuring all parts meet company and customer standards.


Main Responsibilities :

1.     In the NPI stage, perform FAI and Cpk measurements based on samples and drawings provided by PM, and complete related reports.

2.    Evaluate and apply for measurement fixtures according to measurement requirements, and proceed with measurements after inspection approval.

3.    Prepare corresponding MSOPs based on product measurement requirements.

4.    Handle molded products and purchased parts caused by engineering changes in the company's daily stage, measure FAI, Cpk, GR&R and other dimensions and input electronic files.

6.    Develop operating instructions, numbering, storage, inspection, regular calibration, maintenance and replacement management for all measuring instruments used for measurement in the entire factory.

7.    Conduct training and assessment for employees who perform measurements at the production site or quality function personnel.

8.    Assist the Department supervisor to conduct the regular system audits.

9.    Complete other tasks assigned by Leaders.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing industry
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings (engineering drawings) and use common measurement tools。
  • fast learners are welcome
  • Strong observation skills and ability to identify process improvement areas.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions。
  • Willing to adapt to company culture and grow with the company
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking team members or clients).
