Job Responsibilities

Harvest ripe oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB) using appropriate tools.
Collect and transport harvested fruits to designated collection points.
Perform field maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and clearing undergrowth.
Assist in fertilizer application and upkeep of young palms.
Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the plantation area.
Support daily plantation operations as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and cutting.
Willing to work in a plantation environment and follow safety guidelines.
Experience in oil palm work is an advantage but not required (training can be provided).
