About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our dynamic team at Precision Electroplating Sdn Bhd in Pekan Nanas Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling correspondence
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and liaise with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Handle customer and client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing and invoicing
- Contribute to the implementation of office procedures and policies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry and other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a business administration or office management role
- Fresh graduate can also apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
