Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons covering all preschool subjects (language, numeracy, science, art, music, physical activities, and moral values)
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and positive classroom environment
  • Develop daily lesson plans, learning activities, and teaching materials
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
  • Encourage good manners, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs
  • Maintain classroom cleanliness, organisation, and safety
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
  • Follow school policies, procedures, and early childhood education guidelines

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience teaching preschool children is an advantage
  • Passion for working with young children
  • Good communication and classroom management skills
  • Patient, caring, and creative personality
  • Ability to teach and manage all subjects in a preschool classroom
  • Basic computer skills for lesson planning and reporting
