We're currently looking for a Business Visionary Partner to join our small team — someone who shares a drive for growth, professionalism, and a shared success mindset. This is not a traditional job; it's a partnership opportunity for individuals who want to grow with the business and share in its profits.

Role Overview

As a Business Visionary Partner, you will play a hands-on role in expanding our client base and operations. You'll be directly involved in outreach, strategy, and execution — with the opportunity to build your own division under the firm's structure.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client communication: calls, messages, and email follow-ups (leads provided).
  • Schedule property showings and coordinate weekend appointments.
  • Assist in refining marketing strategies for listings and campaigns.
  • Help manage and mentor future interns or part-time team members.
  • Work closely with the team to improve brand visibility and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership qualities.
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur / PJ area (office at Empire City).
  • Willing to wear formal attire (shirt and pants, tie required for client-facing roles).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — able to commit time and effort to build shared success.

Compensation

Empire City, Petaling Jaya

(Kuala Lumpur operational zone — primarily phone and client-based coordination).

Dress Code
