Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule daily and weekly production according to customer orders and priorities.
  • Coordinate with the machining, design, and quality departments to ensure job progress and timely completion.
  • Track job status, material availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and update production schedules, job travelers, and progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays in production flow.
  • Communicate with suppliers or vendors for materials or outsourced processes when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all production activities.
  • Support continuous improvement in workflow and production efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or factory coordination (preferably in precision machining or manufacturing).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel or production tracking systems.
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese (to coordinate with team members, suppliers and customers)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs at once.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to read basic engineering drawings
