About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious intern to join our team at YAP GOH & ASSOCIATES' as an Intern for Audit, Accounts and Tax (PERMANENT STAFF ARE ALSO AVALIABLE). This is a contract role based in our PANDAN INDAH KUALA LUMPUR office, offering valuable experience in the accounting and audit field.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Participating in the audit process, including gathering and analysing financial data
  • Conducting research and preparing presentations on accounting and audit-related topics
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting and audit teams as needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a dipomal or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn
