What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sushi Chef in the preparation and plating of exquisite Japanese dishes
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
  • Ensuring all food preparation and cooking techniques adhere to the highest quality and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Continuously learning and developing your culinary skills to enhance the dining experience

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a Japanese fine dining or high-end restaurant kitchen is preferred
  • Attention to detail in food preparation
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Malaysian citizen only
