About the role
COSMEDIC CLINIC' is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our growing team in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintaining accurate patient records and medical charts
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone inquiries
- Adhering to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Offering exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in data entry and using computer software, including electronic medical record systems
- Proven experience in a healthcare or customer service environment, preferably in a clinic or medical office setting
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
