Main Job Task :

  • Patrolling the hotel premises and monitoring security cameras to identify any potential threats or incidents
  • Responding promptly to any security alerts or emergencies and taking appropriate action
  • Conducting regular checks and inspections of the hotel's security systems and equipment
  • Providing a warm and welcoming presence to guests, while maintaining vigilance and professionalism
  • Collaborating with the hotel management team to identify and address security concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to security incidents and operations

Criteria :

  • Previous experience in a security or hospitality-related role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, staff and emergency services effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with security systems and procedures, including the use of CCTV and access control systems
  • A valid security guard license or certification, or the willingness to obtain one
  • A valid driving license class D/GDL
