Position Overview

• Supports the operations in the assigned process unit.
• Handles day-to-day operational tasks.
• Monitors and tracks process parameters and conditions of equipment.
• Takes part in process troubleshooting / root cause analysis.
• Prepare the process equipments and assist in maintenance work according to standard procedures.
• Ensures work area is clean, neat and safe.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.
• Develop and provide support to the processes of fabrication and to improve existing processes.
• Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime.
• Ensure that all workers are fully compliant with all relevant safety rules and standards at all times.
• Collect data and ensure that it is entirely accurate.
• Analyze all relevant data and use it to improve the processes of the work environment.
• Provide training to other personnel on process operations and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist in the development of new process technologies and products (NPI).

Job Requirements & Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in related field or fresh graduate with related skills and qualifications.
• Knowledge and experience working in Medical Device Industry (ISO would be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
