About the role

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking to take on a diverse and challenging role? As a Personal Assistant Cum Chauffer at MARINA BUSINESS HOLDINGS' in Sungai Petani, Kedah, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and chauffeur services to the company's senior executives. This full-time position offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Serving as a chauffeur, safely transporting senior executives to and from meetings, events, and other engagements
  • Anticipating the needs of senior executives and proactively addressing them
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Assisting with various other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the executive office

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Chauffer, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Age 22–35 years old
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact
  • The job scope includes assisting the employer in daily work matters and driving the employer to work-related destinations or official appointments.
  • Working hours are based on the employer's schedule and requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools
  • Valid Malaysian driver's licence and a clean driving record
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
