Architect Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Review, Update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project.

  2. Review drawings discrepancy.

  3. Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.

4.Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.

  1. Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.

  2. Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

  3. To assist Project Manager to develop project requirements and specifications.

  4. To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting.

  5. Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings.

  6. Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.

  7. Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of work.

  8. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent courses.

  2. At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in Construction or related field.

  3. Strong in Analytical skill, problem solving skill, time management skill.

  4. Independent, team player, articulate well, creative and performance driven.

  5. Preferably Chinese speaker but also can consider English speaker.
