Operation Bus

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the company's daily operations (systems, operational sites, security, logistics, etc.).
• Be ready to respond immediately (24-hour standby) to emergencies or operational disruptions outside office hours.
• Coordinate corrective actions when incidents occur (breakdowns, complaints, emergencies).
• Liaise with supervisors, vendors, or relevant parties during unforeseen situations.
• Prepare incident reports and shift reports.
• Ensure SOPs are adhered to at all times during operations.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management from time to time.

Important Note:

"24-hour standby" does not mean working continuously for 24 hours, but being ready to be called in to work according to schedule or operational requirements.

Criteria / Qualifications:

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification (Diploma/Skills Certificate in a related field is an advantage).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, technical, security, logistics, IT, facilities, or related fields (if applicable).
• Candidates without experience may be considered depending on operational needs.
• Preference given to single male candidates. If married, must be able to fully commit time and focus to work when required.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to work independently and make basic decisions in emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / relevant operating systems).
• Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be on standby mode according to operational needs.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Willing to be stationed at operational sites or different locations.
• No criminal record (if the role involves security).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
