**Job Scope & Responsibilities:**

1. **Livestream Hosting**

* Host and present live sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, or other platforms.

* Engage with viewers in a lively, confident, and professional manner.

* Introduce and promote products effectively (e.g., highlight features, benefits, promotions).

* Answer viewer questions in real time and encourage purchases during the live session.

1. **Content Preparation**

* Coordinate with the marketing and product team to understand the daily/weekly product focus.

* Review product details and prepare talking points before going live.

* Help with setting up the live stream space, ensuring good lighting, audio, and visual quality.

1. **Audience Engagement**

* Interact naturally with viewers to build community and trust.

* Use creative methods (games, giveaways, questions) to keep the audience engaged.

* Encourage viewers to follow, like, and share the livestream.

1. **Performance Monitoring**

* Track live session performance: number of viewers, engagement rate, conversion rate, etc.

* Provide feedback after each session and suggest improvements to increase sales and reach.

1. **Product Knowledge**

* Stay up to date with new product arrivals, restocks, and ongoing promotions.

* Be able to demonstrate product use or wear items (for fashion/beauty/activewear categories).

1. **Team Collaboration**

* Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales team for product launches or campaigns.

* Assist in post-live analysis and content repurposing if needed (e.g., clips for reels).

1. **Personal Grooming & Presentation**

* Maintain a neat, camera-ready appearance.

* Have a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality on camera.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
